What we need?
Full time employed
- Clear copy of identity document (if smart id card, copies of front and back of card).

Latest 3 month's consecutive payslips (if in receipt of allowances, commission, overtime or variable income, then 6 month's latest consecutive payslips will be required).
- Latest 3 month's bank statements (if in receipt of allowances, commission, overtime or variable income, then 6 month's latest bank statments will be required).
- Offer to purchase (fully completed and signed by both seller and buyer and a minimum of one witness to verify signatures).

Marriage certificate if the surname of partner on the application form differs from id document.
- Rental contracts in respect of any rental income which may be used in assessing affordability.
Self employed
- Clear copy of identity document (if smart id card, copies of front and back of card).
- Letter from auditor confirming personal income.
- Latest 2 years audited business financial statements (if older than 6 month's, up to date, signed management accounts).
- Latest 6 month's personal and business bank statements.
- 12 month cash flow forecast.
- Company registration certificate.
- IT34.
- Offer to purchase (fully completed and signed by both seller and buyer and a minimum of one witness to verify signatures).
